What is included will depend on the package and stand option you choose.

All exhibitors receive a listing in the official show guide as part of their package, with additional advertising and promotional opportunities available to increase your visibility.

Confirmed exhibitors are featured within the event's online exhibitor directory, helping visitors discover who's attending and plan which organisations they want to meet at the show.

Can we demonstrate products on our stand? +

Exhibition stands are designed to give organisations the opportunity to showcase their products, resources and services directly to visitors.

If you're planning a demonstration involving additional equipment, sound, power or other special requirements, please discuss this with the operations team in advance.

Music & Drama Education Expo includes an Exhibitor Showcase Theatre, giving visitors the opportunity to discover products, services and ideas from organisations at the event.

We encourage exhibitors to promote their attendance to customers, prospects and their wider network ahead of the show.

When will I receive information about preparing my stand? +

Booked exhibitors will receive operational information ahead of the event covering the details needed to prepare for the show.

If you have an operational question before receiving this information, you can contact the exhibition operations team.

When can we access the venue to set up our stand? +

Exhibitor build-up and access times will be provided to booked exhibitors as part of the operational information for the event.

Please check the official information you receive before arranging deliveries, contractors or travel for your stand team.

How do I arrange furniture, electrics or other stand services? +

Information about stand services and any relevant suppliers will be provided within your exhibitor information.

If you're unsure whether something is already included in your stand package, check with the team before placing an additional order.

How do I register my stand team? +

Registration instructions for your stand team will be provided to booked exhibitors ahead of the event.

Please make sure everyone working on your stand follows the registration instructions provided by the event team before arriving onsite.

Where should deliveries for my stand be sent? +

Please follow the official delivery instructions provided to exhibitors, including the correct delivery location, dates and labelling requirements.

We recommend checking these details before arranging a courier or sending anything directly to the venue.

I've received an email offering visitor data or event services. Is it genuine? +

Please be vigilant. Organisations sometimes contact exhibitors claiming to be officially partnered with the event and offer services such as visitor data, directories, accommodation or marketing services.

Music & Drama Education Expo does not release, sell or share its event data with outside parties.

If you're unsure whether a communication is genuine, contact the event team before responding or making any payment.
