Stuart started his career as a theatre producer and made a transition into education joining The BRIT School in 1994 teaching Theatre. Stuart became Principal in 2012.
Stuart has established deep community partnerships with local schools and charities with an interest in palliative care.
He speaks nationally about arts education and recently presented artist RAYE with a BRIT Award in 2024.
