Sam has been a dedicated member of the Sibelius team for over 22 years. Starting in the Technical Support team, Sam quickly rose through the ranks to manage the Customer Support team until 2013. Transitioning to Product Management, Sam has been instrumental in transforming Sibelius from a desktop-only application to a comprehensive mobile and cloud-based solution. With a keen focus on education and professional customers, Sam has driven the development of features, pricing, and support tailored specifically to the needs of the educational sector.
