As Engagement Director at ABRSM, Lincoln has an overview of the charity’s global partnerships portfolio and drives forward the Advocacy and Diversity & Inclusion programmes. He was previously chief executive of Music for Youth, and a driving force in the BBC Orchestras & BBC Proms music education programmes. Lincoln is a flautist, composer and workshop director.
