Printed Music Licensing Limited (PMLL)

PMLL operates on behalf of its music publisher members to offer a licence to legally photocopy and arrange sheet music within education and leisure sectors.

Our main licence is the Schools Printed Music Licence (SPML) which allows teachers to photocopy and arrange sheet music as part of music education. All schools in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland are covered via central arrangements with government, Schoos in Wales and Independent schools are licensed by CEFM (Centre for Education and Finance Management) on an individual basis.
